Raw & Cooked Options
Most of our menu is raw, preserving nutrients by keeping food below 118ºF/47ºC. For comfort and diversity, a few dishes are gently cooked.
We now include farm-fresh eggs and natural cheeses for those who wish to enjoy more wholesome variety.
